You may return most new, unopened and unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that Personalised Items CANNOT be returned. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item please email info@avidiva.com.au with the following information:
1. Order Number
2. Product Details to be returned
3. Reason for Return
4. Action Required eg - replacement / refund
AVIDIVA reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is rare and Avidiva personally check all items prior to shipping, however should it occur we will work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.
