These bliss balls are a great snack to keep in the fridge or freezer for a quick snack to grab on the run, or to enjoy with a cuppa.  They’re even a big hit with the kids, so make a great addition to their school lunchbox, and contain no nuts, so perfect for those with nut allergies too.

  1. Homemade Chocolate Chip Muesli Bars

Choc chip muesli bars are an old school favourite and loved by mums, just as much as kids!

This is a yummy recipe, full of lots of goodness – so much healthier than the store-bought muesli bars.  They don’t have any of the nasty additives or artificial colours and don’t even require baking!

Simply mix all the ingredients together, press into your baking tray, and set them in the fridge. Once set, cut into bars and store in the fridge or freezer. The perfect mid-morning or afternoon snack, or great for a breakfast on the run.

  1. Healthy Banana Bread

healthy-banana-breadBanana bread is such a favourite amongst both kids and adults alike, but can have a really high sugar content, despite many people viewing it as a ‘healthy’ bread/cake.  We have put a twist on the classic favourite, with our healthy banana bread recipe being refined sugar free!

It is a super simple recipe that contains a much smaller amount of a sugar substitute. This healthy banana bread recipe is also dairy free and nut free (so perfect for kids to take to school, or those with allergies).  We have also included walnuts as an optional addition to the recipe if you don’t require a nut free recipe – it adds a delicious flavour!

  1. Choc Crunch Bliss Balls

Another fab recipe to make, that is quick and easy, and perfect for a healthy snack to take with you or grab on the run, to give your energy a boost! We love keeping a selection of healthy and delicious snacks on hand, for the whole family to enjoy.  These choc crunch bliss balls are full of flavour, and the chia seeds give the perfect little ‘crunch’.

They are packed full of goodness and are a favourite with both the kids and adults alike. With oats, cashews and chia seeds they are full of good fats to help you feel fuller for longer.
